Judge Irving Cypen, chairman of the board and honorary president, served as the installing officer. Next Generation executive officers include president Marshall Bronstein; vice presidents John Bussel, Wayne A. Cypen, Robert Rubin, Charles Sands and Martin Wasserman; secretary Andy Kane and treasurer Eli Tache.

Next Generation members are community-oriented business and professional people who are dedicated to ensuring that the Miami Jewish Home and Hospital for the Aged at Douglas Gardens’ tradition of caring is passed on to future generations. Through varied activities – including sports outings, social events and opportunities for business networking—Next Generation appeals to those who have dual responsibilities to younger and older family members and wish to be involved with a vibrant and active support group.
